How does this subscription service work?
You start by selecting a plan based on the size and outsourcing needs of your private practice. From there, we assign an administrative assistant for your business who meets with you to understand your needs and create a plan of action catered to serve your practice.
How much does the subscription cost?
Our subscription comes in four different levels and starts at as little as $897/ month. Our highest tier comes with up to 35 hours of service. Need more? Reach out to us at media@privatepractease.com to get a quote for a custom package.
What is the cancellation policy?
We're able to offer cancellations only if we're informed about the same 30 days prior to the renewal of your subscription. To cancel the service, please send us an email at media@privatepractease.com at least 30 days in advance.
What happens if I need more time?
Our goal is to help your practice scale which is why we're prepared to help you upgrade to a higher tier whenever you need it. We allow pro-rated upgrades to help make the process easier for you. In order to upgrade your plan, send us an email at media@privatepractease.com and allow us up to 5 business days to arrange the same.
